What is the essence of the emotional motivation of staff

Any staff of absolutely any enterprise needs to be constantly motivated, a lot of useful literature has been created on the topic of motivation, but still it all comes down to the fact that motivation is manifested in moving up the career ladder and in salary increases.

This scheme is used by almost all bosses, as it has already become apparent in practice that it is effective. When an employee has been working in the same position for several years and at the same time his salary does not change in any way, he gradually loses interest in his work, stops trying, as motivation falls. The fact is that recognition and respect relate to the basic needs of the person, so it is important to meet them, it is a great incentive for any person.

Almost every person is interested in realizing their own ambitions and creative potential, he is not ready to sit in one place, even if with a stable salary, it becomes not interesting and boring, development is simply necessary.

Without motivation, employees feel emotional fatigue, there may even be apathy, there is no desire to do anything and even more so to do it qualitatively, as the authorities, as well as other members of the team, do not feel the recognition mentioned above every person needs some degree or another.

When there is interest in work, a person receives incredible pleasure even from the hardest physical labor, and all because the activity is properly organized and there is motivation, as well as an incentive to improve their own activities and performance. The worker understands that everything he does does not pass without a trace, that he is noticed and celebrated, but he is also pleased with him and perhaps even proud.

Every leader in his team should support emotional motivation; then workers will be happy to come to their workplace every morning, for them work will not be intolerable hard labor and testing.

Moreover, motivation can be not only positive, but also negative. That is, if an employee knows for sure that he will be given a public, albeit small, reprimand for poor-quality performance of certain work duties, then most likely he will try much better, since reprimand is something that many fear, especially if it occurs in front of other employees, it is embarrassing and unpleasant.
